Same seems to be true if you send from a laptop. I think they have no way of knowing who is accessing the STMP server other than it is a 3 customer.

If you can use your 3 phone as a modem then it is possible. I'm using a e616v and connecting via bluetooth. I have an email client set up

Outgoing server smtp.three.co.uk
Incoming server imap.three.co.uk
Username phone number
Password same as answerphone

But surely that's the same as sending it from your phone? or have i totally lost the plot here?

What i mean is if you send it from your phone you need your user name and password, which is your 3 mobile number and answerphone password, thats the same as if you send it from a PC... Ok i think im getting a little confused now! LOL

I thought you asked how do you send from a PC using three mail?

Actually, you don't need your phone number or password to send. The DUN login screen can have anything in the username and password field and it will still connect

You only need your pass details to retrieve from the imap server
