It's opened but its now having a technical fault.
This is not funny. I didn't have my Orange account number with me, and I logged on to the upgrade site. "Enter account number" it said. Arse! Called Orange to get it. Re-entered the upgrade site. Instead of it saying "Enter account number" again, it said:
Unfortunately we are currently experiencing a technical problem. Orange are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.
Please try again later.
Not funny :(

Strange,
I can get in OK but I log in using my phone number and password not my account number!
It was working from 0735 to 0840 while I was playing online! I logged in OK.

Phone number, then password. After that it asked me for my account number.
Even tried closing the browser and starting again. Still no joy.

Oh well, not to worry. They had it fixed by Saturday evening. Should receive my phone tomorrow. Odd that the Star Wars trilogy DVD offer came down before the 3G phones went up (despite them saying offer open until 24th December)... Much rather have 50MB a month anyway.
