No - not at all happy. Dead ends and silent phones. Not even an acknowledgment when written to at head office - twice!
They should be banned from operating, and the bosses made to answer for their unprofessionalism and harrassment of their customers.
without doubt customer services india are cr@p its like talking to robots who are only allowed to read replies from there customer service book..
but any problem i have ever had that i consider serious i have directed an email to the executive office attention *** **** and no matter what the problem , they have solved it in days and kept me informed by phone and email...
lesson...dont bother with serious problems phoning india

This isnt my experience at all. Three mobile have really got their act together and so far I would recommend them to anyone. The only issue I have had was being double billed for a game that didnt install properly the first time - but then I was given a refund immediately as soon as i phoned CS.
The receptions is excellent, my phone is brilliant and the x-series is superb. I know there are lots of people unhappy about the downgrade charge but to be honest I can't pretend to be that sympathetic. You should have known better. You are fooling yourselves if you think there are other networks out there that are better - I have tried them all and 3 is as good if not better than the others IMHO.

its interesting to note that any xseries tech problems are handled by tech brits not indians trying hard to understand your problem ...i think 3are learning
