Report your own problem individually, your LOCAL trading standards can only deal with your issue, not everyone elses'. Also, i'm sure that alot of us wouldn't want some randomer wanting our details.

Good Luck with your campaign.

Oh, and I haven't had a single problem with 3 as of yet, so i'm not complaining. One happy customer here :)

Ross, we've had people in the past spouting similar promises, usually how they are going to take Three to court. They never have any specific issue with Three, I think they just like to post messages and get responses. I would pay it no mind.

Also, as you have mentioned, these things tend to set the alarm bells ringing when people start asking for your details.

Apologies Missy if you are genuine, but I doubt it. You aren't the first, you won't be the last.

"service limitations apply "

If you are going to provide a service for someone , and you know you are not very good at it , always quote those three little words and there'll be no comeback on you

I took Orange to OFCOM last year and although they were helpful, Orange were not. Thus I lost my case.

Sorry I went of thread.

I WISH YOU WELL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And as an impartial public regulator who considers all relevant evidence and is empowered to protect consumers.... I suspect the outcome validates the phone company's actions/argument in respect of the above (If genuine of course).

best of luck missy,

"service limitations apply"

not one of your posts states your problem, nor have you posted concise english.

so,
what phone is it?
how long have you had it?
whats the problem?
have you spoke to glasgow cs?
have you emailed 3?

spamming the forum with complaints does not help you, this forum is not owned nor run by 3.

please take two seconds to tell us exactly what the problem is and we can inform you what action would be best to take.

The orange issue was a 2G problem not a 3G issue. Unlike other people. If I have a problem with a network I deal with it then move on..

I don't see the point in 'crying over spilt milk'

Thats my last word on the matter.

I HOPE MR 3GSCOTTISH USER WE CAN KEEP THE THREAD RELAVENT. I'M NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF MAKING THINGS UP.

AS SOON AS YOUR COMPANY IS CRITICISED (ORANGE) YOU TRY TO DISCREDIT THE RESPONDENT WITH A PERSONAL ATTACK

"AS SOON AS YOUR COMPANY IS CRITICISED (ORANGE)"

His company? What?

"Thats my last word on the matter."

We should be so lucky.

new2three, you'll have to excuse 3GSU, he tends to only beleive himself, or those of the same opinion as himself.

3GSU, would you have had a problem beleiving new2three if he said his Ofcom matter was regarding Three?

Thanks Andy, it just annoys me when a muppet says my reply was not genuine.

I was trying to illustrate a point that I have used Ofcom against a network and although the matter was dealt with promptly, the Company did have the last word.

I felt the matter was not resolved but, rather than join a forum and cry and whinge like a baby who has lost his rattle I moved on.

Yes if I had said it was 3 I was going to Ofcom about, his reply whould be more helpful. I wounder, would he have said and I quote;

"... I suspect the outcome validates the phone company's actions/argument in respect of the above (If genuine of course). "

Some of these posts are a wee bit harsh. This Missy person has probably got a valid issue with 3 and isn't getting the customer service she'd expect from a national company. What do you do if you sign a 12 month contract with 3 and then find after a month or so that the problems you are experiencing are not getting better? The contract is weighted in 3's favour. I'd cancel my contract today if I could. I need my phone for my job and my 3 phone works fine 80% of the time but when the network is busy at peak times it won't allow me to make calls. A minor distraction if you are a low user, but a pain in the *** if you have to make an urgent business call and you can't dial out or receive a call for 20, 40 or 60 mins at a time on an almost daily basis. You expect a UK phone network to work. I know its a new network but thats no excuse. I know 3 aren't living up to my expectations but I'm stuck with my contract for another 5 months. I guess the old cliche of 'buyer beware' and 'you get what you pay for' still ring true. There's bound to be supporters of 3 out there who are lucky enough to have had no trouble, but there are many users who are very disapointed with their 3 'experience'.

Thanks for your time.
