I gave my phone to 3 for repair on the 23rd September. A replacement was finally sent mid November - but, alas with no battery. So still I have no phone I can use - I've spent probably 8 hours on the phone, mostly to Indians who have no initiative, no authority and sadly, no clue.
I've tried cancelling the contract as 3 are in breech of the Supply of Goods Act for not issuing a replacement that I can use and certainly not within a reasonable time frame but this is just not on any list of any one I can speak to at 3 - they feel I should just wait forever.
But I've got a better idea - as the deal for 3 is even better at the moment - I'm gonna keep ringing 3 each month to make sure my monthly invoice is credited back as they can't (yet) give me a battery (and I suspect if I give up chasing, 3 will, well, carry on as usual and fail to deliver!)
I will call dial a phone or whoever, order a new 3 phone - HAVE IT THE NEXT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!! and at a subscription of £4.99 for the next seven months!
