i recently had a massive amount of grieft with three, basically it took three weeks to send me out a new sim card, when two arrived at once, like the busses. anyway the only reason i got one when i did was that i finally got through to a department called customer options, i.e. the dudes in scotland, they seem to be the only people who can actually do anything, the indians either cant or wont do anything for you. so if u have a problem that needs sorting just tell your indian, if he or she can understand you, to put u through to customer options, they will probably ask if you have spoken to them before, just tell them yes. hope this helps someone else avoid the hell i went through. cant wait to leave three for a proper network.
