Hi I have a 3 contract and I rang up yesterday to check a problem I was having and at the same time I was told I had gone over by £4 which I know isnt a lot but I still dont understand why. I asked them (on 333 number) to check what had caused it to go over as I still have loads of minutes and texts left. They told me they cant check it and they dont know. I was wondering is there anyway I can find out how I have gone over?

Go to www.three.co.uk and click customer. Register for the online version of My3. You'll need to input your 3 number (no spaces) and last 6 digits printed on your sim card. You'll be sent a password by text. Use it to logon to your account and view invoices (You can normally see your latest invoice about 3-5 days after the actual invoice date). Normally this method id actually quicker then waiting for the post to deliver your bill.
You can also check all your allowances on My3 online too.

It would be nice to be able to get a summery of what you have spent so far.. you can do this with t-mobile and voda.
BTW. do you know how to get call barring and auto-network diverts off.. bloody diverts to answerphone is annoying me pieces.

only way is to phone up cs I think to get rid of the voicemail diverts

Yup ring up 333, get through the prompts to speak to an operator and ask them to disable voicemail, they say it'll take 48 hours, but mine was off in 20 minutes.
A positve 3 CS story for a change.
I still want voicemail, but I'd rather divert as and when I need it....
also you can't use call barring with a divert on. And the default call baring code of 0000 don't work...
Any help from anyone would be welcome.. As I have given up trying to explain to 3's c/s peoples...

By registering for online My3, will I still receive paper itemised billing? I will still need paper bills to claim cashbacks.

You should do. But you might not.
One of those things you loose when you go to a 3rd party store to get cashback ;)

Hi there,
I haev the rental phone with the 3G network and I am trying to pay the bill online. Could you suggest me how can I go forward or please sendme the procedures for making payment for the bills. Also if possible, I want to see the 3G statement in my emails.
