Can someone check out "My 3" on their phone and tell me if all is as it should be? I have just checked mine and it says I have no inclusive minutes left, but I get 500 a month and I only ever use about 20 of those! Might just be glitch, but I dont want to ring up CS unless I really have to.

Sorry but mine seems ok. 380 minutes left. Everything is fine!

I just rang up and checked with the automated jobby. That says I have 500 mins left! I think it might be to do with when I took the contract out. It was about this time in the month, so maybe last month has just ended and this month has just begun. Perhaps "My 3" just needs to update. In any case, I'll wait till I get the bill.

I've had this for over a week now. The minutes are there, if you ring CS they will probably tell you (as they told me) that there are problems at the moment.

Hi.

If you read the thread about services access, you will see that I checked with CS over the weekend, who told me there WAS a problem with My3 on your phones. I believe they are working on the problem and it hopefully should be solved this week.

Yes, I've had this problem too for more than a week. CS tell me that my minutes are there though. Hope they get it sorted soon because It's a very useful feature. Funnily enough the web site also tells me I have no inclusive minutes...

Took out my contract 1 week ago an mine doesnt show aswell but on my old contract it does
