My handset is LG8120,now I want to turn off the voice-mail. I tried to use call->divert->deactivate all, but it didn't work. How can I do that? Any body knows?

I'm pretty sure the diverts are set at the network side so if you want to change those settings you will have to call CS. Good luck.
