View Full Version : 3GSU NOT Leaving 3 for some time!
If you read the thread created to mis-inform contributers about my 3 contract status ignore it!
It is a futile attempt to confuse. I clearly stated in a thread to the originator that I would be with 3 until late 2005! That was ignored and assumption went into overdrive to create a nonsense thread about me (rather flattered about the attention) rather than the subject matter the forum was created for.
Rest assured i am on contract with 3 and will be until at least the back end of 2005 so please try and avoid the wasteful and childish goading that a minority of others here appear to thrive on!

But then realise if he drops the phone he drops the pretence that he can comment on 3 phones.
Note the "no chance of me using it so i agreed" and his choice of words as to how he would use the phone...

I certainly did (get rid of my 3 contract)! They put it on '3 to Go' - no chance of me using it so I agreed. It's a great doorstop now but it might come in handy as a toy video recorder or digital camera for my kids when the contract expires later this year!"

Very interesting ..........so he's said it before..............deja vu..........again!
But of course I bought a Motorola A-835 and also now have a Nokia 7600 (Photo of both posted somehere on this site). The Nokia is on contract until late 2005 and WILL be used as I aint paying 3 for nothing!
That makes my views and opinions as valid now as they always have been.... as since June 2003 I have regularly used (or tested) the 3 service, even more so now of course when i pay them £5/month!

Must admit to not always agreeing with posts by 3GSU but thats the point of a forum , I only disagree when a non-balanced stance is taken and no matter what evidence is presented it is impossible to change the initial point of view.
But I do find all this baiting a bit petty and really a bit of a dissapointment , the whole thing just devalues this forum.
A lot of threads that start as useful if not 100% true spiral into a child like war of words - giving the result of losing the point of the initial thread.
Why not just stick to posting interesting threads which either increase the knowledge of other users or spark someone into sharing their knowledge.
Anyway its all getting a bit boring :(
