hello
When i access the 3 music section to download or stream music videos. I get an error with an ID message (Unable to process your request)
Does anyone get problem? as its been happening for a few days now

can any1 tell me what is wrong with my e228
it has caused a lot of head scratching recently
since april 21st 2005 the symbol at the top of my phone's screen that looks like two arrows facing the opposite direction from one-another has vanished in a proverbial puff of smoke!
as a direct result of this when i attempt to connect to the 3 homepage it displays the error "unable to connect"
i have called 3 on multiple occasions and they have told me various things all of which i'd tried already. until recently when they told me to take it to the link and get it re-flashed, this made sense.
when i took it to the link they told me to call 3 as they dont do that in store????????
are 3 or the link at fault
and how can i connect to the web again, sob....
