you know what...apart from being very drink right now (house mates b'day) i have figured out the identity of the pre-recorded message you get when you dial 333.

I have posted this before, but like any drunk person im gona repeat myself several times..eventually forgeting what exactly it is im talking about!

If you call exec. office you sometimes get the the lady that has pre-recorded the 333 messages (press 1 now etc). Fantastic!

simple things eh?

You still get the "Welcome tae 3" Scottish lass if you dial 333, why they changed 444 I have no idea, although the title of this (http://www.3g.co.uk/3GForum/showthread.php?t=7088) poll should give you some clues, along with comments like...

yes, in a perfect world then customer services wold be in England.

An English call centre agent requires the ability to walk into a job agency and provide their bank details and some form of ID.

(but don't even try to deny that the same doesn't happen in England!)

does anyone know of an english call centre i could call regarding a phone fault

Too many narrow-minded parochial ****s who think that Scottish people are illegal liens coming over here, taking there jobs, all the while failing to realise that Scotland, like England, is part of Britain and that a Scottish call centre and a Scottish CSR can do anything and has all the advantages of, an English CSR, as they are both (and this is important) British, part of the UK (as in 3UK)

It would have been very funny if they hired an Indian Brit from Bradford to put on the thickest accent possible for the 444 voiceovers. Hey, they're English :P
