Itemised Billing

Hi all

New to 3 and still have a few days to make up my mind before I have to return the phones if I'm not happy. What's the story with itemised billing at the moment? Got my first bill less than a week after I got the phones. The bill has two summary pages essentially plus a leaflet 'Introducing your 3 bill". The leaflet shows that the bill has 3 pages; the last being the itemised calls. Is this past itemised page only available if you pay up the extra £1 for itemised billing? ie Is there no other way of getting your call detail without going for itemised billing? :( Orange used to give me free itemised bills.

I have been with three 6 Week today, and have recieved 2 bills. I have to be honest I have not noticed whether my bill is itemised. I just look at how much it is then put it in the drawer.

I understand that they charge £1 on bill for itemised billing but is refunded. It should show on the bill.

If this is not the case then chances are it'll be free for itemised billing. If you had to pay for it it'd say clearly on the bill.

I've been with 3 for just over a week now and not received any bill unless it comes in todays post at around 11.30am....

Mine's not showing any bills at moment!!!
Maybe I get free line rental/calls/services :D

If it doesn't show by next week I'd better call them to clarify the position...

The bill you have just received is for line rental only. 3 like all operators are on a pre-pay line rental, post pay calls. So you're just pre-paying a month's line rental, the next bill will include your line rental and calls.

As far as I'm aware 3 don't charge for itemised billing.
