3mail problem.

Has anyone been having any problems with 3mail in the last few days?.

I have been unable to access 3mail from my handset (A920) since Saturday, whenever I try to connect I get "IMAP4 server refused connection, check your mailbox username and password".

Spoke to 3 CS (waste of time) who's scripted response was poor to say the least.

45 minutes later "oh sorry you can't use that function at the moment".

What the F$*!, mail seems to work through the services menu.

I've tried everything to sort the problem, but still get no joy.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

3 Mail is working for me (Motorola A835) without any problems. My handsets set to automatically check for new mail every 6 hours and I have still received mail and when I've just manually told it to check for new mail its just downloaded 4 new messages.

Update...

Just got of the phone to 3 CS again, the excuses get better.

"sorry sir you can either access email via your handset or your browser not both." what complete and utter crap.

"If you set up email on your handset you cannot access email through the browser, if you set up email through the browser you cannot access email through the handset".

I think it's time 3 gave their staff some decent training as this is one of the most ridiculous answers I have ever been given.

The short of it is I still can't access email via the handsets client.

i can use both on the e313 and the e228 b4 it had to go 4 repair
