Have purchase a NEC 616v today from argos with the christmas pack. can't connect to the 3 internet, not able to send text messages or multimedia messages. keeps saying error. Any help appreciated. Have tried calling 3 and they have said its a problem with a number of handsets they have the 2nd time called and first time said it was a mask problem in my area.
